Agreement Terms
Connexus Advisors Group
These terms outline the structure and conditions under which Connexus Advisors Group provides its services.
1. Scope of Services
Connexus offers:
- Strategic advisory
- Company verification
- Business matchmaking
- Connection-as-a-Service
- Market opportunity mapping
Connexus does not act as a broker, trader, or buyer/seller of any product.
2. Verification Requirements
Before any introduction, both parties must complete Connexus’ verification process, which includes:
- Corporate validation
- Identity checks
- Operational and financial assessment
- Compliance review
Failure to provide accurate information may result in termination of services.
3. Confidentiality
All shared information, including documents, communication, and connections, is confidential.
Neither party may disclose confidential data without written permission.
4. Non-Circumvention
Clients agree not to bypass Connexus to engage directly with verified companies introduced by Connexus, unless permitted in writing.
5. Fees and Payments
Service fees may include:
- Advisory fee
- Verification fee
- Connection fee
Payments are due according to the terms outlined in each service agreement.
6. Neutrality
Connexus remains neutral and does not represent either side in any commercial negotiation.
7. Liability
Connexus is not liable for:
- Commercial outcomes
- Business decisions made by either party
- Losses incurred outside the scope of our advisory services
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice.
All pending fees and obligations must be settled before termination becomes effective.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Connexus Advisors Group operates, unless otherwise stated in writing.
